Celine & Jad - Luxury Destination Wedding in Greece, Part 1

Celine & Jad - Luxury Destination Wedding in Greece, Part 1
If you are lucky, during the course of your career, a life-changing opportunity presents itself, and if you are smart, you embrace this opportunity rather than shying away from the challenge. I like to consider myself extraordinarily lucky to have befriended the lovely and talented Jill Ryder of Shindig Bespoke just a few months before she was asked to design a wedding invitation for Celine and Jad. Greenery Aglow Styled Shoot at Drumore Estate

Greenery Aglow Styled Shoot at Drumore Estate
It was such a treat to participate in the Greenery Aglow inspiration shoot at Drumore Estate organized by my friends Brittani of Brittani Elizabeth Photography and Amanda of A Styled Fete. The shoot, which was featured last fall on Ruffled Blog, was created with an all green and white color palette and relies on textural florals by Wild Flowers By Design, classic jewelry from L. Priori Jewelry, and a delicate lace gown and veil from BHLDN to create a soft and romantic atmosphere. Continue reading

Lauren & Steve - Wedding at Bliss Ridge

Lauren & Steve - Wedding at Bliss Ridge

In August 2017 this beautiful couple gathered with their closest family and friends at Bliss Ridge Farm in Moretown, Vermont for their dream wedding. Lauren and Steve were referred to me by Lauren's sister-in-law Theresa, who happens to be my neighbor. Lauren, who is Jewish, and Steve, who is not, were in the early stages of planning their interfaith wedding and wanted to incorporate many traditional Jewish customs, so Theresa referred them to me, knowing that they were my ideal clients!

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens, Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens, Brown paper packages tied up with strings, These are a few of my favorite things...  Amanda Sandford of A Styled Fete Floral & Event Design is definitely a fan of Sound of Music and I'm sure she knows this song by heart! She must, considering that she so expertly brought the unforgettable verses to life for this Sound of Music themed Winter wedding shoot at Merion Tribute House. Continue reading

English Garden Party Styled Shoot at Bolingbroke Mansion

English Garden Party Styled Shoot at Bolingbroke Mansion
Last summer I had the pleasure of participating in an English Garden Party styled shoot at the Bolingbroke Mansion in Radnor, PA. I contributed a set of bespoke hand-painted escort cards for a Spanish Rose inspired styled shoot there a few months before, and I was excited to be back at the beautiful mansion to contribute a Succulent Wreath Ketubah and modern calligraphy on the leaves used for place cards. Continue reading

Rachel and Matthew - June Wedding at Awbury Arboretum

Rachel and Matthew - June Wedding at Awbury Arboretum
Last February I received a sweet email from Rachel, letting me know that she had found my work online and was also my neighbor! This happens more and more lately, and it is always a special treat to meet my clients in person, since so many of you live far from Philadelphia. Rachel and Matthew stopped by my house to take a look at my samples, and lucky for me they were not deterred by the chaos that comes with working from home with a four year old “studio mate."
